it has been brought to my attention that people were having problems using xbin on Unix-systems to "unhexify" the Tech Notes; apparent cause is that the TNs were stuffed and hexed using StuffIt which fails to put the the identifying line at the beginning: ( This file .....) several people report FTP-problems with both RASCAL *AND* R20 - but success after trying several times .... noone reported success on the FIRST try !!! (please keep those reports coming) NOTE: the UTEXAS-domain has lost their ARPA-IMP (address 10.*.*.*) but most HOST-tables on Internet-sites (including the local ones) still show UTEXAS-domain sites with 10.*.*.* addresses. I understand that by May 1 we are losing our second (and last) IMP and what will happen then to our connectivity only Murphy knows ....
