Oh yeah. "Does Elvis talk to you? Do you see spots? Is PostScript
universal?" (-: OK, I'm being sarcastic. Type 1 fonts should
convert fine.

Not that I've ever seen. However you can get freeware stuff on the
Amiga to read/write MessDross disks and then use Apple File Exchange
[off your System Disks] (or DOSMounter, AccessPC or Macintosh PC
Exchange [$$$$]) (or even that sleazy DOS Init [posted to Sumex
recently]) to read the Dross disks on your Mac. It might sound a
bit convoluted but it's easy and it works.

Hint1: Always put Apple File Exchange is a folder by itself. That
stops it loading translators (which you don't want anyway).
Hint2: If you want to display the PostScript fonts on your Mac's
screen you're going to need ATM (Adobe Type Manager) or some
font conversion program to convert them to TrueType.
Otherwise all you'll be able to do is print them to the
        LoserWriter.

Share and Enjoy.
