There is NO evidence that "humpback" has anything to do with viruses.
The rumor was started because someone couldn't think of any other reason
for the game to exist.

The object of the game is to put a camel through a needle's eye.
This has been compared in difficulty with putting a rich man into heaven[1],
so if you're Reagan, Falwell, or any of the other telepreachers, you will
probably keep at it, but otherwise you will quickly come to the conclusion
that it is impossible.  (Try the knitting needle for an added degree of
difficulty.)
