I am mostly happy with this backup unit. To run it without a
bomb, I turn off multifinder, the RAM cache, and remove all inits
and most cdevs.
It still bombs occasionally with id=1. This is while trying to do
a file by file backup of the entire hard disk.
System setup: Mac II, 5M RAM, CMS pro-102k/i hard disk, datadesk keyboard.
I also have SUM stuff installed, though I remove the Shield Init before
attempting the backup.
Any ideas? Whats a bomb id=1 mean anyway? Help!
