I have a friend who would like to make his keyboard a French keyboard.
As I understand it, he needs an additional KCHR resource in his system
file to do this.  Then, he can change the keyboard layout by selecting
it with the keyboard CDEV in the control panel.   However, I haven't
been able to find someone who has this resource.  Could someone please
mail me the KCHR resource for a French keyboard?
