Interferon 3.0 question

I ran Interferon 3.0 on a system at work and discovered
several Type 103 Anomalies. Neither the initial Interferon
display nor the documentation (for Interferon 1.4) explains
what a Type 103 Anomaly is. Are they serious or contagious?
Should I panic? What's going on here?
