Too much traffic :-( < < Thanks! < < Joel Garrett Rather than mail, I think this subject deserves widespread posting - to all developers. Why can't the ads be more specific about what you really need to run the program? It should be stated in terms of real hardware require- ments, not a few older configurations. I've had this problem with a 512 enhanced to 2 meg and am now seeing the same thing with references to a Mac II version and another version. It seems like there are many references to Mac II that probably differ only in the ability to display color. For example, the game Tetris looks like something I could get addicted to. I don't know whether to buy the Mac II version or the other one. Is the only difference color? What if I don't have color on a Mac II? Should I buy the other one? Will one copy run on both a Mac II (no color) and a 512 enhanced? If you're developing software, please be more specific about what hardware your software requires and what happens if you run it on different hardware. Shirley Kehr
