As Brian posted previously, I have received the bitmap fonts and put them
on our machine (ats.ucla.edu, or 10.3.0.1), in the pub directory for
anonymous ftp. Below is the README file in this directory. There's a couple
other programs people might find useful.

Contents of this directory:
ApplicationMenu.hqx: a CDEV that gives a pop-up menu of running
applications while under multifinder. Thanks to ???
Bib.sit.hqx: a hypercard stack that holds bibliography references. Created
specifically for BibTeX, but could be adapted to other systems. In
addition to the fields for bibliography information, there are fields
for your personal notes on the reference, key words, where it is
stored, and whether you have read it or not. The directoy bib.split is
same file, but split into small parts for email.
fonts: a directory containing font NFNTs for the fonts available on
Laserwriters and Laserwriter+. Thanks to Brian Diehm for providing them.
MacBibTeX.sit.hqx: BibTeX for the macintosh. Thanks to Michael Kahn for this.
Should you need it, the directory MacBibTeX/split is the same file split
into small parts for email.
