Look at it with Get Info... It's a patch-installer. The patch alters the
Finder so that it closes the Desktop DB and DF files on unmountable volumes
so that you can unmount them. This is for users of the Desktop Manager INIT
only. And please, DON'T ask what the DeskTop Manager is. (We've been over it
three or four times in the last month. Look in previous weeks' news if you
don't know.)
