A secretary in another cube took hers apart and scraped around the plastic switch with a razor blade. Then she gave me the razor blade. It helped a little, but I thought the most effective thing I did was to not screw it back together as tight. It seems to just be a poor fit of the button on the case. The other thing I did before this was repeatedly press the button until it "loosened up". Once simply wasn't enough. Shirley Kehr
