About six months ago I bought a NetWork Diskfit. As opposed to its claim it was unable to backup other drives via TOPs. I returned it to SuperMac asking for my money back (this is promised in the warranty). I haven't heard from them since then. This is despite my at least three letters plus many phone calls. They owe me $199 plus aggrevation!!! Is SuperMac listening? Anyone on the Net had similar experiences?
