		it would greatly help if all articles posted to the
	moderated groups were numbered sequentially and if, at regular,
	intervals, an index of the contents of past messages was posted.

	to which reports of missing and/or damaged articles should be
	sent, which could then be used to evaluate if a reposting of

	I know that you (Roger) are very busy and that adding sequence
	numbers would tax the limits of what additional work you are
	able to do - and I am not suggesting that you take on the
	additional work of following up reports of damaged articles.
	Rather I would like to suggest that adding the sequence numbers
	would make it feasable for some other net-person to rise up and
	volunteer to take on this service to the net.

	Sequence-numbers HAVE TO be assigned by the originator of the
	articles, so we need your cooperation on that one.
