Some people have been asking how to make the icon for 'init cdev' appear
during startup. I puposely didn't make it do so because once you see the icon
it is too late to do anything, and nothing is loaded.

However, if you are so inclined, do the following with ResEdit...

1) Copy the ICN# -4064

2) Do a Get Info on the icon and change it to # 128.

3) Paste the icon in again (it will appear as # -4064).

4) Copy the ShowINIT INIT from whereever you have it and paste it into
   init cdev.

The icon will appear before or after init cdev is activated depending upon
the order of the INIT resources in the file.

If you don't like the order in which it works, try cutting out one INIT,
close the file, open it then paste the INIT back in.

The preferable load order would be init cdev followed by ShowINIT.

Have Fun!
