I have this sinking feeling that I'm in the wrong newsgroup, because I
have not seen topics like this here very much.  However, if there's a
better one, I am quite certain that it does not get to my machine.
I can fix that if I know which group it is, so let me know.

Anyway, I want to hear from people who have used Touch/OSI to interconnect
one or more Macintosh-en to one or more Vax-en for file exchange, and to
use the Vaxen as print servers.  These will probably be MicroVax or similar
sized machines, running VMS.

I want to know:
  how easy it is to use,
  what it includes and does not include,
  what else I will have to have in order to use it,
  and the general level of satisfaction with the product and with support.
