Multi-launch same program

I have a question that noone has been able to answer so far,
I have an app that wants to be launched more than one time. So far I have
not even found any info about launching ANY program from an app let alone
multi-launching one. Is it possible??? How does one do it if it is???

All help would be appreciated!!
