Concordance Program for Macs?

I'm looking for a Mac program that will produce a concordance
(basically, an index of every word) of a document. Said document
is around two megabytes, so I'm probably looking for a program able
to handle documents larger than memory. Also a plus would be any
mechanism to deal with "fuzzy" matching of words, since the document
in question is in Middle English, where spelling was not highly consistent.

I would of course prefer PD software, but there is money available if
it will noticeably increase quality.

Please reply directly to me as (1) I do not usually read this list and
(2) I will post a summary of responses in a week or so.

Thanks.
