S/W for Experiments

We have been looking for software to run psychology/user interface
experiments on the Mac. The software would have to have a good user
interface development and management section, a way to record keystrokes
and timing, and the capability for building in a lot of interaction
between program and participant.

CT, here at CMU, does much of that, but not as well as we'd like. In
addition, we would just like to know what is out there.

I would also be interested in hearing from other people who are using
the Mac for experiments having to do with psychology and user interface
interaction.

Thanks in advance.
