WANTED: hqx version of setfile

If you have a .hqx of 'setfile' for the Mac please e-mail it to me.
I don't have the terminal software to be able to download binary
files and change their file type to make them useable on the Mac.

Please don't e-mail the docs on how to use simtel20. If I could
use the binary files from there I wouldn't need 'setfile'.
