I am looking for a program called "pktor." This program takes a TeX pk
font file and converts it to a screen bitmapped font which one may run
through a program such as RMaker on Macintosh to generate a font suitcase.
If you have a copy or an access to this program, or you know where to
obtain such a program, please mail your response or the program to
milt@mist.CS.ORST.EDU. Many thanks.
