I would like to know if there is some type of init that will log program
usage. Imagine a consultant hacking away in C in one layer with
telnet and tetris in some others. The employer only wants to pay for
programming time, not time spent reading news or playing tetris. This
init would tally up the time spent in each application and at some
time can be accessed by the user to notify the employer of how much
time was spent programming.
Does such a program exist? If not, perhaps I will write my first
CDEV.
Any info appreciated.
