CMS Enhancements External Hard Drives

I'm currently in the buying market for an external 20-30 Meg harddrive.
And one of the drives I had an interest in was from CMS Enhancements
(their SD20 and SD30). Now, they are priced pretty well, but I've heard
rumors that their support service is just awful. Can anyone give pros
and cons with their dealings with CMS Enhancements and/or their drives?
 Please e-mail me (skippy@jhunix.hcf.jhu.edu) directly since I don't get
much of a chance to read news everyday. Thanks for your help.
