The cleaning kit consists of a floppy shell that can be opened, and several
sealed packets, each containing a round piece of absorbent material with a
metal diskette hub in the center. The "floppy" is impregnated with some sort
of solvent (alcohol?).

The instructions say to put it in the drive and let it spin for 10 seconds.
