Installer problems

This morning I attempted to load the 6.0.4 system software on a Mac IIci,
and discovered some strangenesses.

After loading the software with the installer, the following items had
not been copied from the floppies to the hard disk:

	Appleshare
	Clipboard file
	Responder
	Closeview
	Map
	Macromaker

Also missing, but remembered, were the AppleTalk and Network items that
I had seen in other system folders on other systems.

I started to look up these items in the installation instructions,
and could not find them. I could not find them in the owners manual,
either.

Where are the instructions on how to get these things to load?

Also, the manual for the high-resolution RGB monitor tells of a convergence
test in the monitor item of the control panel. The closest name was the
plural form Monitors, but that had no (test) button. I guess the manual
for the monitor no longer matches the software.
