I have two macs, Mac 1 has a network card and so connects into my 10baseT network (which also has an internet connection). Mac 2 doesn't have a network card but I have a localtalk (serial) connection between the two macs. Is it possible to get Mac 2 to communicate with the 10bT network through Mac 1? Would I need some bridging software? Mac 1 is a IIsi with 20 MHz 68030, 5 megs RAM, 80 meg hard disk, System 7.5.3 with Open Transport Mac 2 is a LC475 with 25 MHz 68LC040, 4 megs RAM, 250 meg hard disk, System 7.1 but will probably upgrade to 7.5.3 soon. So you see Mac 2 is faster, I'd like to be able to use it on the net. Simon.
