Steinberg's Launcher 3.3

Launcher 3.3 is a very handy utility for launching deeply buried
applications. Thanks to Bill Steinberg! The normal icon for
launcher is a rocket blasting off. I would like to change the
icon to that of the application.

So far, I've managed to accomplish this end by using ResEdit to turn
off the bundle bit and by changing the creator to that of the
application. Is this the best/safest way to change the icon?

I should add that copying the application icon over the #128 icon in
the launcher did not work!

Thanks in advance for any comments/help.
