Can you disable Postscript on the Laserwriter IINT?

A friend is considering the purchase of either a
Laserwriter IISC or IINT. He would really prefer the NT
but is worried that with the recent agreement between
Apple and Microsoft to develop and push outline font
technology that he will only be able to take advantage
of Postscript.

He would like to know if there is any way to disable the
Postscript interpreter on the NT (without resorting to
removing boards from the printer) to make it function like
an SC when using QuickDraw and outline fonts. Anyone know?

Thanks.

You'd get right to work if you had any sense,
You know the one thing we need is a left-handed monkey wrench.
