The Solutions <Inc. literature prominantly mentions TIFF as one of the formats that it <can use. Buried deep within the manual, you will find that it only handles <1-bit TIFF. IT WILL NOT HANDLE GRAY-SCALE TIFF, which is what most people <probably thing of when they see the word TIFF. (When I say "buried", I mean <it: they use the unqualified word TIFF 18 times before you finally find out <on page 51 in an appendix that they do not support gray scale.) Thanks for the warning. Also, note that the publisher has a 60-day money back guarantee. Shirley Kehr
