I retrieved a file today from garbo.uwasa.fi called MacInHebrew. When I
dragged the suitcases over my system 7 folder, it mentioned that things
had to be stored, blah, blah, blah, as usual. I clicked okay.
Thereafter, I was unable to locate the Hebrew font, and furthermore my
Microsoft Word 5.0a program quit working. I've finally managed to do a
reinstallation of the program. Several of my files which relate to the
word processor (either as parts of it, or as files created by it) are
showing damaged forks.
Furthermore, I am unable to do any copying of files from one area to
another, e.g. from my Maxima RAM disk to my "regular" hard disk or vice
versa.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. PLEASE respond to:

are you using system 7.1 ? if you don't the problem can come from the hebrew font that is a 2 bytes font. You cannot use 2 bytes font with a system version under system 7.1. Eric owhadi@geophysics.rice.edu
