Keep in mind that this is an INIT so you will need to hold down the keys immediately after you get the welcome to Macintosh dialog. You will see a dialog that asks if your sure you want to reset the desktop. Press reset and you will be told if the desktop was reset successfully you will get another dialog saying so. Press return to exit this dialog. You will be asked these questions for each partition/drive you have on your system. When the Finder comes up it won't be able to find its data bases so it will create new ones. The instructions should have been in the file header. for all FGS products FIFTHGEN@aol.com for AutoDoubler & DiskDoubler techsupport@salient.com

Well, we had a similar problem at a computer lab I work at...a folder was
locked and we could NOT get rid of it....we had switched over to sys7
recently.
Something ocurred to me as I was beating my head against wall trying to
delete all these folders....remember they changed the meaning of several
bits for files/folders under sys7?
Well, as it turns out what used to be the FileLock bit (or something like
that) is now either not used or changed. Meaning: with every tool
available to me under sys7, I could NOT delete that folder.
Solution: try all your utilites under system 6
