One of the time-delay snapshot delays should do the trick -- I am not sure,
but I think there are some in one of the mac archives -- you invoke it and it
delays, say, 5sec, during which you set up the shot.

Many programs will do what you ask. Flash-It comes to mind, a Control
Panel device that is well supported. The current version is 3.0.2.

Camera is a Desk Accessory that will also take screen shots while a menu
is pulled down. I believe that the program ScreenShot will NOT work if
you have a menu pulled down, so be careful.
