This is a mild spam because I want to let people know about the way the staff at MacUser UK are not men and women of their word. In November 1995 I noticed that they had carried a letter from me in the magazine, which meant I was entitled to pick a prize book which they would ship to me for free. I've been chasing them ever since, starting politely, then more forcefully, and finally becoming rude in an attempt to get any sort of reasonable reply. None of it worked, so I'm left with badmouthing them in public, which I have never done before and hopefully will never have to do again. I have a feeling that they have filtered my email straight into their trash, as for some time I have received no replies what so ever.
