Macintosh Graphing Calculator

My mother has a power PC running system 7.5.2 It came with
a graphing calculator that was under the apple menu.

For some reason when you open the graphing calculator it
only shows up under the MultiFinder menu. The graph page
won't show up. There is no option to make it show up so
the application is useless.

I found a website with a copy of the graphing calculator and
tried it on my computer (it worked) but when I took it to
my mom's computer the window were you draw the graphs still
didn't show.

I looked in the preferences folder to see if that might be
but the graphing calculator doesn't seem to have any
preferences. Can anyone tell me what is going on.

Please reply to both me and my mother

When running the graphic calculator on my computer under the edit menu
there is a 'preferences...' command. That command pops up a window that
contains a buttons that says "Restore Defaults". Does that do anything?

Are you sure? Check again because mine has prefs and that should do the
trick.

(Did you know that the Graphing Calculator is the only system component
in MacOS 8 that is still in version 1.0 ?)
