If you REALLY press Kinko's about (as I had to about a year ago)
they told me that THEY can't get sued for copying, I CAN  (sort of
like you can't sue the phone company for a crank call - unless
they made it ;-).  They had that policy to "protect" their 
customers (and they DO stick to it unless you talk to the shop 
manager and convince them you are ok..).
