I need to hook several homebrew parallel devices
up to my Sun 3/50 (2 serial ports only). What
I would like would be a small, easily programmable
thingy that would perform low-speed transfers
to and from several parallel ports and communicate
with the Sun through the serial port.
Clearly, some kind of small PC with a bunch of
parallel ports would do the trick. I need one
that has enough ports (32 bits), is cheap, and
is easily programmable.
Any ideas? Send mail to: br@wucs1.wustl.edu
