Does anybody know of a source of Whetstone/Dhrystone/Etal. numbers that runs all the way from micros to mainframes ? At my local site they're trying to create a relative performance taxonomy for all systems, and I need some sort of apple-to-apple (no puns intended) comparison for a wide range of systems, both new and old (hey, this is government work, so don't try to make any sense out of it). I seem to recall such a list of Dhrystones floating about the net several years ago. Of course this doesn't take things like I/O bandwidth into account... so any suggestions people have are appreciated. Thanks, rcs
