Does anybody know the net-address or phone number of:

He is the author of PIBTERM.
We ordered the sources by sending him US$ 12 half a year ago.
But until now we haven't heard anything from him.
Is this the way the principle of shareware/freeware works ?

Is there anybody who knows of version 4.0 of PIBTERM (the final
version to speak with BYTE).
