Actually.... It is technically illegal to publish anything anyone says on 
USENET without the persons consent. Just as you can't start copying what 
anyone says in a book/magazine/newspaper etc. Just about anything that you 
write, anywhere, cannot be copied, by anyone. So actually, what should be done
is that you should say at the bottom of your posts that you can reprint what
you said, not that you can't.
