    Sure, the drivers were released on the 11th of this month on HP's
webpage.  Under "Windows 95 compatibility list", choose "Scanners" and
download "sj195en.exe".  Put it into its own directory and run it. 
There are also some instructions on HP's webpage.  They should help you
get the drivers up and running.  If Windows doesn't ask you for the
disk like the help file says (it didn't for me), just run "install new
hardware" and install the driver MANUALLY.  It should be under "Other
devices" and then under one of the HP/Hewlett-Packard listings.  Choose
the type scanner you've got and install.  If 95 asks you for a disk,
send it to the directory where you ran that EXE file and choose the INF
file that is there (there should be one!).  You should not have any
problems getting it running once the drivers are installed.  Good luck,
