Well, I have a somewhat offset view on some shareware... I /did/
register telser.device, even though I've never needed more than the shareware
versions single active unit.
I /did/ register EGS PhotoAlbum because I found it useful to me --
especially after a mass FTP from Avatar <G> -- even though I have ADPro and
could view all the files with that...
I have NOT registered LHA, and don't even have MUI (I use ALynx rather
than AMosaic).
Why?
I obtained LHA because it is practically required if one is going to
download anything from an Amiga software site (Genie, AmiNET). I also avoid
MUI based applications for a similar reason -- if an application uses MUI, it
means I must use MUI to use that application. IOW, I'm not using MUI for
itself, I am forced to use it because something else requires me to use it.
