Charles Lloyd of Wiltel <wiltel!clloyd@uunet.UU.NET> has forwared to
me his RTF cpp which I have placed on sonata.cc.purdue.edu in
/pub/next/submissions.

This is a modified version of 3.0 cpp which can handle RTF source code
files.  This lets you clarify your source code with different fonts
and even hot-links to your documentation!  It's major way cool.  It
also comes with a generic RTF->ASCII filter program.

Kudos to Charles Lloyd for keeping with the spirit of the GNU Public
License and sharing this neat utility with everyone.
