CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR THE BIG GREEN CD Have you written software, either public domain, shareware, or demonstration versions of commercial software that you want to reach more of the NeXT community? If so, we at Skylee Press want to work with you to include it on the upcoming release of the Big Green CD. In 1990, Lighthouse Design introduced the First Compilation Disk (later called the Big Green Disk), a collection of fully redistributable public domain and shareware software on a NeXT magneto-optical disk. In August 1991, Skylee Press assumed its production, updating its contents and expanding its size to fill a double-sided disk. Now that NeXT Computer has committed to shipping NeXTSTEP 3.0 on CD-ROM, we will be moving the Big Green Disk to CD which we intend to ship concurrently with NeXTSTEP 3.0. The disk will be primarily for people without net access so that they too can tap into the resources of the NeXT programming community. COPYRIGHTS You will maintain copyright over your software unless you have explicitly revoked your copyright. Skylee Press will hold no copyright over material you have written. Rather, we will hold a copyright over the arrangement of the data on the CD-ROM which distinguishes the compilation as unique. FOR MORE INFORMATION For guidelines on what and how to submit, send a message to bgcd-guide@skylee.com (for plain text) or bgcd-guide-next@skylee.com (for NeXTmail). Information on what and how to submit will be sent to you automatically (please be sure your return address is valid). For general information about the disk, send a message to bgcd-info@skylee.com (for plain ASCII) or bgcd-info-next@skylee.com (for NeXTmail).
