In a mass mailing this spring, the President/CEO  of Liveware
Corporation, Todd A. Nathan personally signed 3300 letters announcing
Lockout.  Lockout is a robust User Authentication object set for
NeXTstep developers and in-house application control.  Ten (10) of
those letters where specially signed with a date after the signature
of Todd Nathan, President/CEO.  Those 10 recipients who still have
the letter with the signature AND date are eligible for a drawing
from which three (5) names will be drawn.  Each winner will receive a
fully functional version of Lockout (retail value of $449),  licensed
for the life of one (1) application.

Recipients who do not have a signed and dated letter are eligible for
a separate drawing.  One (1), and only one winner from this drawing
will receive a working licensed Lockout Object set for use in one of
their applications.

DRAWING RULES:

Employees of Liveware Corporation and any of its subsidiaries/
contractors are ineligible for this drawing.

Any suspicious alterations of a letter and its signed contents
will be subject to immediate disqualification.

Each person/company must provide the following information/materials
to be eligible for this Lockout Drawing:
  - The signed letter from Liveware's CEO about the Lockout products.
  - A business card (or the equivalent thereof) including the
    company's name, personal contact, address, city, state (or
    country), zip code, business phone number, and internet email
    address (if available).

Any person/company wishing to participate must submit the signed
and dated letter with the appropriate information by
September 15, 1992 to:

Both drawings will be held by October 1, 1992.  All returned mail
becomes the property of Liveware.  Winners will be randomly
selected by a blindfolded party.  The entries will be mixed
and drawn by an employee of Liveware.  Winners will be
notified by U.S. mail or email, whichever is most convenient.
