Workspace 3.0 doesn't eject floppies

Since upgrading from 2.1 to 3.0, the Workspace Manager can no longer
eject floppy disks.

The only way I can eject a floppy is with /usr/etc/disk, which is a
pain because I still have to su root and umount it.

Has anybody else had this problem?  I searched the NeXT FAQs and 
NextAnswers but found no mention of it.
