NeXT CD-ROM drive on IBM

I would like to use my NeXT CD-ROM drive on my PC compatible.
What exactly do I need? I have an IDE drive controller in my PC.

If I need a SCSI card, what type, how much (cheapest) and from where?
What kind of software do I need (driver), and where can I get it?

Thanks in advance
