Yet another way to get the address:

Hit Command-command-~ (both command keys and tilda); this gets you into  
the nmi monitor

at the nmi prompt, type "msg" and hit return--

then keep answering with a "y" for more messages, until you see the  
address displayed on one of the lines.

to exit this, answer "n" for more messages, then type in a "c" and hit  
return.
