The other day I had a .tif file I was trying to import into an Appsoft Draw document and was stymied in the process. I got a few tidbits of info (and a global thanks to all who helped) and did a tiffutil -info invocation on abovementioned .tif. Lo and behold, the problem was with the compression scheme used over on the IBM side of things. So, now my problem is how to work on a .tif that has been compressed with CCITT modified Huffman encoding. Any thoughts?
