If you open up the file using Edit (instead of Preview) you'll see:

   %%DocumentFonts: CoventryScript
   %%+ FranklinGothic-Roman
   %%+ Helvetica-Bold

which is a bit more precise than saying which fonts it isn't...  :-)

(of course, I don't have those fonts either, but with the above I could at  
least go out and order the right fonts  :-)
