I am looking for a Keyboard.app on my NeXT and have a problem!
Can anyone say why the AlphaLock mode change Latin letters only?
I need to make the second part of code table (0128-0377)
like the first part, any words I need:

        ----------------------------------
        Shift Alt  AlphaLock        Letter
        ----------------------------------
        -     -    -               lower latin
        -     +    -               upper latin
        +     -    -               lower national
        +     +    -               upper national
        -     -    +               lower national (can't do)
        -     +    +               upper national (can't do)

Alpha Lock don't change letter if it is't lower latin.

Any words I need to make:
        Alt key - 'change_any_letter_to_upper_letter',
        Shift key - 'change_to_national_letter',
        AlphaLock - 'permanently change to national letters'

Who can help?
