I have a similar question.

In Page Maker, you can change the physical page's origin by dragging the
corner of the 'frame' (rulers) to wherever you want.  That allows us,
for example, to print a 11x17 page as two 8.5x11 pages in landscape mode.
However, I haven't found (in manuals and FAQ) any way that would let me
do this in Frame Maker.
