I've had a copy on order from Waldenbooks since last August when
the book was supposed to be out in September. I was notified today thet
Springer-Verlag cancelled the Waldenbook order (something about they know
they can sell them directly for more $$ so why sell them wholesale to a
retail chain). It is bad enough that SV wants $40; now they won't sell to
my local bookseller.
Anyway, I guess I'm in the market for a cheap copy. Could someone
email me the address for the folks that were selling them for a few bucks
off. Many thanks.
